I’m Atyuha Jain from India, now in my second year of MSc Biomedical Biotechnology at the University of Adelaide. My project examines proteogenomics in ovarian cancer chemoresistance, using long-read RNA-seq and MS proteomics to detect novel isoforms driving treatment resistance.
